- 375g / 13 oz raspberries
- 300ml / 10 ½ fl oz full-fat milk
- 3 eggs
- 4 marshmallows, chopped into small pieces
- 80g / 3 oz / 1/3 cup sugar
- 100g / 3 ½ oz / ½ cup flour
- A pinch of salt
- A little butter for the dish
- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4.
- Quickly wash the raspberries in cold water. Dry well with kitchen towel.
- Mix the sugar and eggs in a large bowl. Add the flour and salt. Gradually add the milk, stirring continually.
- Grease the clafoutis dish and place the chopped marshmallows and the raspberries in the bottom.
- Pour the mixture over the top and cook for around 40 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
