Tajine Induction Emile Henry
Can you cook a tagine on an induction hob? Yes !
Whether you're a lover of oriental cuisine or a gourmet, you can't stop cooking a Tajine because of a compatibility problem... This was one of the first requests made by our community: will Emile Henry one day be able to offer ceramic products, made in France, that are compatible with induction hobs?
Since the creation of our Delight range, this has been possible.
The tajines in Emile Henry's Delight range are specially designed for use on induction hobs. Made from ceramic, these tagines cook gently and evenly, preserving all the flavour of your dishes. What's more, ceramic guarantees high resistance to high temperatures, which is essential for a perfect tagine.
To cook your tagine on an induction hob, simply place the base of the tagine on the hob. Make sure the base lies flat for even heat distribution. Next, add your ingredients and cover the tagine with the lid. Leave to simmer on a low heat for around 2 hours, depending on the recipe.
Delight offers a variety of induction-compatible ceramic tagines to suit all your cooking needs. What's more, ceramic is a durable material that's easy to clean and scratch-resistant, so you can enjoy your tagine for many years to come.
