We are proud to offer our consumers high quality products that have been strictly controlled by our team. We are therefore pleased to offer a 10-year guarantee on all Emile Henry products.

Exception:

The Delight range is guaranteed for 5 years.

Wooden, stainless steel and fabric accessories - not manufactured by Emile Henry - are guaranteed for 2 years.

- Our guarantee covers any manufacturing or quality defect in the product used in France under normal conditions and following the instructions.

- Slight variations in colour may be due to craftsmanship and do not affect the culinary qualities of our products.

Guidelines and application

Guarantee period

-Emile Henry grants the guarantee from the date of purchase indicated on the invoice.

Recipient

-The claim must be received by the Emile Henry distributor operating in the country of residence.

-The guarantee is only valid for normal domestic use.

-The guarantee is valid for the first owner and is not transferable.

-The guarantee is valid if the instructions for use and maintenance (delivered with each product) have been followed.

-The warranty is valid for all Emile Henry products purchased in Emile Henry shops or from an official retailer (online and physical).

-The warranty covers any defect/breakage due to thermal shock.

-The warranty does not cover defects/breaks resulting from mechanical or thermal shock.
