Ingredients

- 350g / 12 oz penne
- 100g / 3 ½ oz yellow peppers
- 100g / 3 ½ oz red peppers
- 100g / 3 ½ oz chorizo
- 1 clove of garlic
- 100g / 3 ½ oz courgettes/zucchini
- 80g / 3 oz fresh cream
- Salt and pepper
- 750 ml / 1 ⅓ pints water
1. Wash and dry the peppers and courgette/zucchini.
2. Peel the garlic clove and crush with a garlic crusher.
3. Cut the peppers into fine strips and the courgette/zucchini into slices.
4. Remove the skin from the chorizo and cut into slices or small cubes.
5. Place all the ingredients in the One Pot.
6. Season.
7. Cover with water.
8. Cover and leave to cook for 30-35 minutes.
9. Stir regularly.
