- 350g/12 ½ oz linguine pasta
- 125g/4 ½ oz fresh spinach
- 150g/5 ¼ oz smoked salmon
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200g/7 oz crème fraîche
- 4 sprigs dill
- 750ml/26 ½ fl oz water
- Freshly ground salt and pepper
1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves.
2. Rinse the spinach. Chop the dill.
3. Cut the smoked salmon into strips.
4. Place all the ingredients (except the crème fraîche) in the One Pot and season well.
5. Pour in the water.
6. Cover with the lid and cook for 20 minutes, stirring regularly. Add the crème fraîche 5 minutes before the end, and stir well.
7. Serve hot, with a sprinkle of parmesan.
